Payment Terms:

 

• Payment options available to you from our webstore:

• Paypal - sales@waveneyvalleycoffee.co.uk

• Credit/Debit Card - Using Shopify payments (powered by Stripe).

• No Card details are recorded, and the payment pages are fully encrypted.

• We accept payments in British Pounds

• All goods will be paid in full before dispatch

 
Delivery:

• Although all orders are normally dispatched within 48hrs. We reserve the right to dispatch within 7 days. We are a small roastery and we do not roast vast quantities of coffee at a time, so there may be times when your order is held until we have sufficient orders to perform a roast.

• Most of the time we are able to dispatch your order the same day.

• We only deliver to mainland UK without prior agreement. Any orders outside of this area will be cancelled.

• We also remind customers that our courier will request a signature upon delivery.

• We do not ship outside of the UK.

• Due to the nature of coffee production we cannot guarantee that new crops will meet the high standards we demand, we reserve the right to substitute your order for a similar or better quality when needed. We will always advise you if this is necessary.

 
Cancellation Rights:

• All products are roasted to order and are not returnable unless they are faulty.

• We are not required to pay for the cost of consumers returning goods and will refund your order on receipt and inspection of your goods. Any goods that have been opened, will not be refunded, unless there is a demonstrable production or quality issue with the product.

• We will issue a full refund within 30 days of your goods being received back at our offices.
